Educational Qualification:- Must be a graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognized University of India (established or incorporated by or under a Central Act or Provincial Act) or an Institution recognized by the Govt. of Assam or University Grants Commission.

Special Public Prosecutor
No. Of Posts:- 03.
Educational Qualification:- Must be a graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognized University of India (established or incorporated by or under a Central Act or Provincial Act) or an Institution recognized by the Govt. of Assam or University Grants Commission.

Additional Public Prosecutor
No. Of Posts:- 88.
Educational Qualification:- Must be a graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognized University of India (established or incorporated by or under a Central Act or Provincial Act) or an Institution recognized by the Govt. of Assam or University Grants Commission.

Assistant Public Prosecutor
No. Of Posts:- 185.
Educational Qualification:- Must be a graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognized University of India (established or incorporated by or under a Central Act or Provincial Act) or an Institution recognized by the Govt. of Assam or University Grants Commission.

Age Limit:- Between 21 Years and 38 Years as of 01-01-2023. Age Relaxation as per the rules.

Application Fee:-

• Rs. 300/- For General Candidates.
• Rs 200/- For SC/ST/OBC/MOBC Candidates.
• Rs 50/- For BPL candidates.
