National Biodiversity Authority (NBA) is inviting interested and eligible candidates for the recruitment of Technical Officer (Intellectual Property Rights) Posts (Advt. No. NBA/2/1/2004/ADMIN/938/2023-24 Dated: 11-08-2023). Interested and eligible candidates may submit their application form in the prescribed format to the below-given address. Post Details:-

• Technical Officer (Intellectual Property Rights) = 01 Post Available.

Education Qualification:- Candidates Should Possess Bachelor's Degree in law from a recognized University or Institute or equivalent; and Working Knowledge in Computer or a Master’s degree in Biological/Life Sciences from a Recognized University or Institution or equivalent and a pass in Patent Attorney Examination conducted by the “Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks, Government of India with working knowledge of computers. Age Limit:- Max 30 years. Age Relaxation is Applicable as per the rules.

• तकनीकी अधिकारी (बौद्धिक संपदा अधिकार) = 01 पद उपलब्ध।

शैक्षणिक योग्यता:- उम्मीदवारों के पास किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय या संस्थान से कानून में स्नातक की डिग्री या समकक्ष होना चाहिए; और कंप्यूटर में कामकाजी ज्ञान या किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय या संस्थान से जैविक/जीवन विज्ञान में मास्टर डिग्री या समकक्ष और "पेटेंट, डिजाइन और ट्रेड मार्क्स महानियंत्रक कार्यालय, भारत सरकार" द्वारा आयोजित पेटेंट अटॉर्नी परीक्षा में उत्तीर्ण होना। कंप्यूटर का कार्यसाधक ज्ञान। (अधिक योग्यता विवरण के लिए आधिकारिक अधिसूचना देखें)

आयु सीमा:- अधिकतम 30 वर्ष। आयु में छूट नियमानुसार लागू है।
