शैक्षणिक योग्यता:- उम्मीदवारों के पास 12वीं कक्षा, एमबीबीएस, मेडिकल योग्यता, एम.फिल, बी.एससी. होनी चाहिए। प्रासंगिक अनुशासन में डिग्री, पीजी। (अधिक योग्यता विवरण के लिए अधिसूचना देखें)।

आवेदन/परीक्षा शुल्क:-

• ओबीसी/यूआर/ईडब्ल्यूएस के लिए 1500 रुपये + लागू लेनदेन शुल्क।
• एससी/एसटी के लिए रु. 1200 + लेनदेन शुल्क, जैसा लागू हो।
• PwBD के लिए आवेदन शुल्क से छूट।
