Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science (IACS) is inviting interested candidates for the recruitment of Research-Associate (RA): Synthesis and characterization of perovskites and 2D-Materials for optoelectronic devices (Advt. Education Qualification:- Candidate Should Possess a Ph.D. degree in Chemistry or Physics (Experimental) from a recognized University or Institute.Experience in the synthesis of 2D materials and nanostructures with organic/inorganic perovskites. Proficiency in semiconductor device fabrication and thin film deposition techniques. Minimum average marks of 55% in B.Sc./B.Tech. and M.Sc./M.Tech./M.S. degrees.

Desirable Qualifications:- In addition to the minimum qualifications, candidates with the following experience will be highly preferred Proficiency in XRD, FESEM, PL, and TEM characterizations. Competence in optical and electrical characterization of thin films. Familiarity with nano-electronic device fabrication techniques and tools.

Age Limit:- 34 Years. Age relaxation is applicable as per the rules.

शैक्षणिक योग्यता:- उम्मीदवार के पास पीएच.डी. होनी चाहिए। किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय या संस्थान से रसायन विज्ञान या भौतिकी (प्रायोगिक) में डिग्री। कार्बनिक/अकार्बनिक पेरोव्स्काइट्स के साथ 2डी सामग्री और नैनोस्ट्रक्चर के संश्लेषण में अनुभव। अर्धचालक उपकरण निर्माण और पतली फिल्म जमाव तकनीक में दक्षता। बी.एससी./बी.टेक में न्यूनतम औसत अंक 55%। और एम.एससी./एम.टेक./एमएस डिग्री।

वांछनीय योग्यताएं:- न्यूनतम योग्यताओं के अलावा, निम्नलिखित अनुभव वाले उम्मीदवारों को एक्सआरडी, एफईएसईएम, पीएल और टीईएम विशेषताओं में दक्षता को अत्यधिक प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी। पतली फिल्मों के ऑप्टिकल और इलेक्ट्रिकल लक्षण वर्णन में क्षमता। नैनो-इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उपकरण निर्माण तकनीकों और उपकरणों से परिचित होना।

आयु सीमा:- 34 वर्ष. आयु में छूट नियमानुसार लागू है।
